Maintenance & aftercare
Chandelier maintenance for hotels, venues and property teams
Aftercare keeps a chandelier understood between major visits. We provide continued cleaning, repair and support through flexible annual or biannual schedules, with commercial arrangements for properties responsible for multiple large fittings.

The aftercare offer
A fitting deserves a rhythm of care.
Maintenance is for hotels, venues, restaurants, theatres, property managers and clients with 10+ large chandeliers who need dependable support across a changing calendar. We keep the condition, cleaning needs, access requirements and repair observations in view from visit to visit.
Three- or six-month maintenance agreements receive 20% off the original quotation until 31 October 2026. The commercial offer includes off-peak working, licensed and insured specialists, and full asset protection, subject to the agreed quotation and schedule.
The working sequence
Planned visits, useful records, fewer surprises.
- 01
Set the schedule
We discuss the property, the number and type of fittings, busy periods, access restrictions and whether annual, biannual, three-month or six-month visits suit the operation.
- 02
Review the assets
Each visit begins with the condition and access requirements of the chandelier or agreed asset group, including crystal, glass, metalwork and suspension points.
- 03
Protect the setting
We plan work around guests, staff, furniture and finishes. Off-peak working can be included for commercial properties where the schedule calls for it.
- 04
Clean and support
The agreed visit can include continued cleaning, minor repair attention and practical support, with issues noted rather than hidden until they become urgent.
- 05
Report and plan ahead
We explain what was completed, what needs watching and what should be included in the next visit, keeping care flexible as the property changes.
Material knowledge
Maintenance remembers the details.
Crystal and fine glass are checked for clarity, loose or vulnerable elements and the access needed to care for them safely.
Hand-blown and Murano glass receive continued material-specific care, with their individual forms and finishes kept in view.
Antique metalwork is maintained with restraint so its condition and character are not lost to unnecessary polishing.
Brass, chrome, nickel and gold finishes are cleaned and observed as part of the asset’s longer-term care, not treated as interchangeable surfaces.
Aftercare is a safer commercial decision.
A planned visit makes it easier to protect the fitting, the room and the calendar around it. We follow the centuries-old tradition of chandelier care and service while offering practical schedules, off-peak working and clear communication about anything that needs more attention.
